Anand is a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is involved in tax advisory related to Income Tax & GST. Having earlier worked with UBS (investment bank) and Churchgate partners (investor relations), he also takes care of the transaction advisory wing of the firm assisting clients with equity / debt fund raising and corporate restructuring. Further, he is actively involved with start-ups and works with the management teams in handling their overall finance functions.
Jyoti Sethi ACA, B.Com
Jyoti isan associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and leads the Audit division within the firm.She is actively involved in statutory audit and finalization of annual financial statements of companies. She is also responsible for all client compliance related to direct / indirect taxes. She further assists clients in planning their taxes specializing in capital gains tax and exemptions under the same.
