In 2001, Gujarat practised earthquake, and it was the time when Hetal Jhaveri started her business of selling sweets at her old house. She claimed that the initial idea behind starting the sweets business of sale was to become a helping hand to her mother-in-law. At the beginning of her business, she only offered mocktail and sorbet flavours.
For a couple of years, Hetal Jhaveri continued serving of basic sweets. The clients motivated Hetal Ben to sell homemade desserts and with plenty of orders already placed. Her business of selling flavoured drinks was growing consistently till 2003. After a year, she added four new items in her list, which were distinctive and unique.
Hetal Jhaveri released her new products on the occasion of Rakhi festival, where sisters could gift it to their brothers. First, she began to introduce at least one unique flavour in the menu of sweets at an affordable price.

She answered that males are often accepted within society to be the ones who can work or run a business successfully. However, it’s the woman who has to work on two responsibilities at the same time. Hetal Jhaveri claims that she has to be as responsible and perfect in her household work, being a businesswoman.
